What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated 26 August 2026
This site is run by FYORD Works, a sole-operator AI advisory, automation, and enablement practice in Kansas City, Missouri. This page describes exactly what happens to your data when you use it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
We collect what you type into the contact form, and anonymous statistics about which pages get visited. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not run advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to unsubscribe from.
The contact form
When you submit the form we receive the name, company, work email, topic, and message you entered. We use it for one thing: replying to your enquiry. It is kept in the email account it arrives in for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.
Submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service that forwards the contents to our inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in the process, subject to their own privacy terms. We chose it because it does not require you to have an account and does not track you across sites.
You can skip the form entirely and email corban.davidson@fyordworks.com directly. Same inbox, one fewer intermediary.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, their servers record standard request information — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and reliability. We do not have access to these logs in a form that identifies you, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a truncated IP address. It is used only in aggregate — we look at which pages get read, not at what any individual did.
You can opt out for every site at once with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Fonts
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. No cookies are set by this, and no font request identifies you personally.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your details to anyone
- Add you to a mailing list or automated sequence because you filled in a form
- Run advertising or advertising trackers
- Ask for payment details anywhere on this site
Your rights over your data
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email corban.davidson@fyordworks.com and we will action it, normally within a few days. You do not need to give a reason and there is no cost.
If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy statute, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle enquiry data will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
